Service description
SubSchool provides tools for course creation, lesson delivery, tutoring, school management, communications, analytics, and supporting AI features. Available features depend on the user role and portal settings.
Account and security
Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting credentials, and all actions performed from their profile. If unauthorized access is suspected, contact support as soon as possible.
Materials and rights
Users keep rights to their learning materials unless separately agreed otherwise, and grant SubSchool the technical right to store, display, process, and transmit those materials inside the platform to operate the service.
Payments and paid features
Payments for courses, lessons, subscriptions, or other paid features are processed through connected payment tools. Specific payment, refund, and access terms are shown in the relevant purchase flow or user account.
Use restrictions
Users may not violate other users rights, publish unlawful or harmful content, bypass access restrictions, interfere with platform operation, or use the service for spam, fraud, or infrastructure attacks.
